Acts 2:42-47 | Bill Hall
Bill delivered a barnburner of a sermon on community last night. What is community? Bill claimed he didn't know, but had lots to say as we looked at the community of the early church. Read Acts 2:42-47. Download the sermon here (right-click and select Save As...) or listen to it below:

Acts 2:14-41 | Scott Moore
Although there were no dramatic sounds of wind and trains, Scott did speak in...English...on Sunday night. His sermon was on Peter's sermon explaining the incredible event of Pentecost. The main idea: God's mission in the world is in action when His Spirit-filled community obeys Jesus. A mouthful...yes...Read Acts 2:14-41. Download the sermon here (right-click and select Save As...) or listen to it below:Hurray!! No more slow voices...we will see if we can fix the old ones if time is miraculously found...

Mark 12:41-44 | Laura Adams
On Sunday night, Laura preached and reflected upon the story found in Mark 12:41-44 where Jesus calls his disciples to watch people put money into the offering at the Temple. It is the poor widow, putting in a mere two coins, who really puts in everything.Download the sermon here, or listen to it below:

Moths and Rust: Living Beyond Yourself | Luke 18:18-30

Greg here... unfortunately I have no idea how to put audio files on this thing! So be patient and when Scott comes back from his honeymoon we'll get the audio from Gene's sermon up here as fast as we can! Sorry about that.
For now, here's a picture of Gene I found by googling his name.
Look deep into his eyes and just image what he would have to say...

Feeding Sheep & Following Jesus | John 21:15ff
Gene concluded our series on John 21:15-25 by preaching about the truth behind what it means to feed sheep. It is an unglamourous, challenging task! And it's not just about being a pastor in a church. We are all part of feeding the flock, and Jesus came for the flock of all of humanity, just not those of us in the church. Do we speak the truth or act in a way just so we can be liked by everyone? The truth isn't always popular! Download the sermon here, or listen to it below:Monday, April 30, 2007

Friendship that Costs | John 21:15 ff.
Bill challenged us that true friendship comes with a cost and in our society, we struggle to grasp this. We desire friendship at our convenience.
